Filet Mignon
Grass fed, grass finished local beef. Each steak is weighed and packaged with an airtight seal. The price is $25.00 per lb and you will recieve the exact weight you choose. Steaks will arrive to you frozen, but they may be thawed out quickly and easily by submerging in room temperature water and changing the water after 15 minutes.
